Who are we ?

Trévise-Consulting is a company that offers an independent point of view and expertise on RFID solutions and other fields such as legal aspects of contracts and change management. Trevise partners have a long experience of projects that involve several leading edge technologies in supply chain for FMCG and mid size companies.

Trévise-Consulting is organized around three different levels of expertise that will allow you to master all aspects of implementing RFID in your company.

Consulting in RFID technology :

The consulting in RFID technology is managed by Laurent GONZALEZ. Mr.Gonzalez is a regular speaker for international organizations like Eurocommerce and at RFID events in Europe (RFID international, RFID Journal). He started in RFID in 2000 when he was a GATG project member (identification of items with RFID in the supply chain) for EAN*UCC (Uniform Code Council) and has continued in that field ever since. He has over 10 years of experience in supply chain for FMCG companies such as Kimberly Clark, Bacardi and L’OREAL.

Management of legal requirements (contracts, company liabilities…)

The management of legal requirements is managed by the Mr. Henri GONZALEZ. Mr. Henri Gonzalez is a former judge and studied at l’Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature and graduated from l’IEP de PARIS. He was involved in issues linked to contacts management and developed methodologies for complex technological projects like Repository XML for Alcatel and the French Senat. Today he has more then ten years experience in dealing with technological projects.

Change Management :

Change Management is managed by Dominique Fayet. Mr Dominique Fayet was Sales Manager of US and European Software Editor (CA, Pansophic, Thomson, Télésystèmes). He was involved in the success of E3X (Mail solutions and company repertories) acquired by France Telecom and Smartcode (software for PDA and cellular phones). He is one of the cofounder of Edelweb with l'INRIA, specialised in system security (firewalls). During several years of consulting in leading edge technologies, he acquired an experience of key accounts in mid size companies requirements regarding those technologies.
